Sierra is a seasoned paralegal with over seven years of experience and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Paralegal Studies from Sinclair Community College. She was an integral part of the ALH Law Group team before stepping away to focus on life with two toddlers—born just 19 months apart. Now back in a part-time role, Sierra brings not only her strong legal skills and steady presence but also the kind of patience and multitasking abilities that only come from parenting two tiny humans at once. With sleep in short supply and energy always in demand, she’s become a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur. When she’s not in the office or managing toddler negotiations, you’ll likely find her, her husband, and their kids exploring a new park or tracking down the next best ice cream shoppe.

Kristin has been the creative mind behind ALH Law Group’s voice since August 2021. As Chief Storyteller, she helps translate the firm’s heart and values into messaging that resonates—whether through social media, client-facing materials, or the culture within the team. Originally from Cleveland and a proud Ohio State grad, Kristin has called Columbus home for more than 25 years. She brings Midwestern roots, a love of words, and a strong sense of connection to everything she creates.
When she’s not shaping stories at ALH, Kristin is in full-on mom mode—juggling life with her husband, two kids, and their energetic pup, Milo. Most days are a blur of PTO meetings, theater rehearsals, art classes, and gymnastics drop-offs. She swears by her monthly book club for a much-needed dose of adult conversation and sanity—and insists that “reality” TV is essential viewing once the house finally quiets down.
